SoupCMS is a visual content management system that connects to your Supabase database, providing a user-friendly interface for managing your data. The Service allows you to view, create, edit, and delete records in your Supabase tables through various view types including table, kanban, calendar, and gallery views.
User Accounts
Registration
To use SoupCMS, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your Supabase credentials are kept secure
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Supabase Integration
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Supabase database, including its security, backups, and data integrity. SoupCMS connects to your database using credentials you provide and performs operations based on your instructions.
Data Handling
Any sensitive data SoupCMS stores, such as your Supabase credentials, is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. You retain full ownership and control of your data.
Subscription and Payments
Pricing
SoupCMS offers various subscription tiers with different features and limits. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Contact us for refund requests.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SoupCMS and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to your data stored in your Supabase database. SoupCMS claims no ownership over your content.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOUPCMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoupCMS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
